About ASC Tennessee License Plate

Please complete the following pre-order registration form in its entirety. A Soldier’s Child Foundation is a 501-C3 nonprofit organization. Use our secured website for your payment and demographic information that is required to purchase the plate.

The TDOT requires a $35 payment per plate prior to producing the plate to make sure there is enough interest.

The demographic information is used to send the actual plate to your local DMV after confirmation from the DMV and production. ASC will receive $17.50 for every plate sold. The sooner we reach 1,000 pre-orders, the sooner the plates are produced, tested, and then distributed.

The purchased plates will be shipped to the purchaser's local DMV, and the purchaser will pick up their plate at their local DMV. This could take up to 18 months for disbursement.
